Garry persisted for a number of yrs to get us to give him a try to sell our Sandy Bay housing property as he was aware that it was not going anywhere with another local agent. He suggested various changes to marketing strategies and some subtle improvements which eventually did see property sold, although price still well below what had paid for it some years prior. Overall very happy with Garry and would strongly recommend him to act for any vendorl
