About 3 years ago I got Gary to do a property and valuation on my North Hobart property. I was impressed So I enlisted Gary to sell my house - after some renovation advice. I could not have asked for a better result - I took an outstanding offer after just 3 days on the market - and during the early days of the cov19 crisis - no less.
