My ex partner and I engaged Garth Brennan to sell our home. Garth was wonderful. We were given great advice about what to do to maximise our sale price without overspending. Garth didn't make promises he couldn't keep as is often the case. We got good solid advice on what we could expect which led to realistic expectations. We actually ended up getting more than we expected anyway which was a bonus. When our home went live for sale there was immediate interest and Garth worked tirelessly negotiating with interested buyers late into the evening securing a sale for us straight after the first (and only) open house. A short settlement period was agreed upon enabling my ex partner and I to just move on. It was a great result. I can't recommend Garth and his team highly enough.
This is the second house Garth has sold for me, and just like the first, it sold quickly and over the expected price.
