I normally have an allergic reaction to real estate people. I have been known to come out in a prickly rash around them. So selling our house was going to be interesting. This was our experience: We chose Raine and Horne because they consistently achieved house sales in Avoca Beach. We noticed houses going on the market and shortly followed by a sold sticker going up. That was exactly our experience too. They do exactly what they say on the tin. They explained everything up front, we chose a marketing plan and let them do their job. We were especially impressed with the guys who produced the sale photos. Very quick and great photos. Drone shots were well worth having. The online marketing was also very impressive. When the house went live on the net, you just had to google 'house for sale in Avoca Beach' and our house was at the top of the listings on all the main real estate sites. It stayed that way until we sold as well. Open houses were well organised. Kyah does a fantastic job for Garth and they make a great partnership. Professional and they seem to really enjoy what they do. They also 'do what they say they are going to do'. So, would I use them again to sell a house - Yes.

Purchasing a property is always stressful and challenging but if you are dealing with an agent how is professional and communicative, it make the process less so. We purchased a property off Garth and found him to be communicative, open and honest while still representing the vendor appropriately. I would recommend him if you are buying or selling.
