Prior to purchasing our new Avoca Beach property at auction we had known Kyah Johnston for several months. Kyah arranged a private inspection for us on an advertised property with Raine and Horne Avoca. That first property was not ideal for what we were looking for. Kyah asked, listened and observed the types of qualities and features we were looking for in a renovated home. Kyah then approached us to look at another property not yet advertised. That property was very close to what we were looking for but had a couple of drawbacks. Kyah then contacted us with a lead on another renovated property. This ended up being the property that we purchased.
