Gary was very professional with a good information booklet regarding sales in the area and expected price ranges for different properties. Gary also was in constant communication regarding home opens and prospective buyers. The final offer was excepted within 2 weeks of first home open although a bit lower than we would have liked it was at the lower end of our expected sale price. Gary was a good choice as real estate sales person and we would recommend him to other sellers.
