Wow what can we say!! Gary said it will be a quick sale and that’s exactly what he did!! 1 wk on the market and we didn’t only sell fast we sold for exactly what Gary believed it would sell for. We cannot thank Gary and his team enough for their work and we would highly recommend Gary to anyone looking to sell!
I found Andrew Partners to be honest and very knowledgeable compared to other real estate agents I interviewed. The house sold within the time frame that was set out in our first meeting - no hassles. They made sure we had realistic expectations and didn't make false promises.
We engaged Gary Attard from Andrew Partners to handle the sale of my parents home of over 40 years. Considering the sale of the property was such an important part of my parents future we needed to find someone who not only was an expert in the field but who could also handle the entire process in a very structured manner. Gary from the onset after understanding the key drivers of the sale quickly put together a sales strategy that met our objectives. Throughout the entire process we were kept up to date with phone calls, emails and texts to ensure that we were across the process and comfortable with each new development in the sales cycle. Gary achieved an amazing result, and my parents could not be happier with the process. If you are looking for a trusted professional to handle your next sale please reach out to Gary - he is one of the best agents I have dealt with.
