Right from the beginning Gary demonstrate excellent knowledge in the market, brought physical documents to proof it and was very honest regarding the price I could roughly get for my house, I was a bit dissapointed as I thought I could get a lot more but his realistic actitud and honesty brought me back to earth and really thank him for that. Gary is a true professional man, always show respect, very punctual, he kept me informed every step of the way and made the experience of selling my house as smooth and stress-free as possible. Very patient person, if I did not understand something, he would repeat it again and again, he always made me feel important and I felt he care for my well being a lot and not just only for interest of sell my house to earn the commission. On auction day, I was impressed with his negotation skills as he negotiated with a couple of potential buyers. I know Gary for over 20 years, I know how he was then and that is why I contacted him as soon as I decided to sell my property.
