Hi, Just sold our investment property which is still tenanted, quite a challenge. Gary is very passionate about Realestate and doesn't give up. Gary and Saskia where ontop of the situation throughout the sales period and managed to achieve a fair sale price in an unstable market. Feed back was regular and communication was excellent.
