Sold at first inspection!

Gary came recommended by our real estate agent who worked with us in selling of our Melbourne apartment (who's from the same real estate brand which we have been royal to throughout the years). From the beginning Gary was caring, knowledgeable of the area, and great at communications. We were confident that our properties would be taken care of by him but never expected that he sold our first property straight after the first private inspection! Mind you this was during state wide lockdown AND the property was sold at the price both parties were happy with! Great job Gary and we would highly recommend him to any potential sellers/buyers alike!
