I found Gary very efficient and accommodating and at very sort notice. To be able to view a property with tenants, on a public holiday, as we are all aware is near impossible, however Gary managed to get me through the property by 4.30pm. That evening 6pm my offer was accepted and both the seller and the purchaser were happy. All signatories had papers signed by 8.30am the next morning. In any ones book that great service.
