We first had contact with Brenden, as Gary was on jury duty, and he was very helpful to our needs. Once Gary had given his verdict in court he was strait onto our requirement in a most professional and very friendly manner and help us with some of the problems we incurred in moving into a new rural property.

We listed our home with Gary about a month before Christmas. We couldn't have been happier with his knowledge, professionalism and marketing skills!With his sound knowledge of the local area, we set a realistic price; we had a deadline to meet in order to purchase our new home and didn't want to waste valuable weeks trying to achieve an impossible target. We had 3 open for inspections prior to Christmas and Gary communicated with us immediately after each one. There were some very interested parties from these inspections, who all came back following the Christmas break.
