Highly recommend Gary Dawe!

We listed our home with Gary about a month before Christmas. We couldn't have been happier with his knowledge, professionalism and marketing skills!With his sound knowledge of the local area, we set a realistic price; we had a deadline to meet in order to purchase our new home and didn't want to waste valuable weeks trying to achieve an impossible target. We had 3 open for inspections prior to Christmas and Gary communicated with us immediately after each one. There were some very interested parties from these inspections, who all came back following the Christmas break. In the end, Gary presented us with 3 offers at the end of the first week in January, the successful one being over our asking price! We are thrilled with how Gary handled the whole process; he was extremely professional whilst at the same time communicated with us and the prospective purchasers in a genuine and friendly manner. We would highly recommend him to anyone considering selling.
