Gary was initially engaged to sell my property just before the rises in bank interest rates. The market fell as a result of the declining economy. As this was an investment property, we held off the sale. Gary kept me informed of the changing market over the following 2 years. The time came when the buyers returned. We sold off market within the week in excess of our previous selling price. I thank Gary for keeping me in mind over that period and exceeding my expectations.
