Gary works his market area thoroughly. He knows first hand what is going on in his marketing farm. What I appreciated is Gary kept in touch with me and advised me when a new listing was coming up. I inspected many and changed my mind but Gary never lost sight of my desire to buy into that area. Gary has always returned my calls and accomodated his availability and helped me purchase. I reccomend Gary as your listing Agent because he obviously rounds all his buyers up to inspect hence achieving a maximum price. Additionally he is very pleasant to work with.
