Agent Zero
He was difficult to get hold of especially towards settlement, guess we weren't a priority anymore? He would pass messages onto yourself to pass onto us instead of responding directly to us. He was very condescending to his assistant (can't remember his name) when we were signing the contract, this made us pretty uncomfortable to have to sit through. And worst of all, at different stages, he tried to make us feel guilty about asking questions.
Example: This was our first home, so we are learning the process, Gary knew this. When we got our building report back, there was about 20-30k worth of things that needed to be fixed, we asked that the price of the place be dropped to accommodate, at the time we didn't realize this was only for major structural issues, as the condition on the sale was not fully explained to us by Gary. So instead of explaining that to us, he proceeded to probe me about why I even asked, and then told me "how angry" the other solicitors were about us daring to us such a question. I thought that was pretty poor, I didn't particularly care if the solicitors were angry, I have every right to ask the question.
Another example was a week out from settlement, we did our pre settlement inspection, the place was pretty disgusting, had medication and things on the floor in the main bedroom, piles of dust everywhere, so we sent an email the Saturday we inspected asking to what level was the lady going to clean the place, fully understanding they didn't HAVE to if they didn't want to, but we needed to know, because if that was the state it would be left in we would hire a cleaner, therefore we needed that information quickly to organize one. Gary did not reply to us until around Tuesday I believe.. 3 days and NOTHING. When my partner Sarah went into the house with Gary, who by the way, would follow her around everywhere, which made Sarah nervous, he just had to mention how upset Ms. Stickles was that we asked the question about the cleaning. And he then
