After a bit of a grind going to many house opens, I met Gary showing 2 houses in Mt Evelyn. After outlining my needs, he suggested looking at the 2 bedroom townhouse. Gary pointed out the very uncommon features - rather large bathroom & laundry. The layout of the townhouese was perfect for me & in great condition. I was becoming more comfortable with what I was looking at as Gary outlined more of the house features & Mt Evelyn itself. His straight talking & well informed presentation led me to comfortably make a successful offer a few hours later. He can sell me my next house!

I was in the middle of a divorce and was just after some values in the area. Gary was always helpful and professional in my dealings with him. Never any pressure just sound advice. Was lied to about the price and conditions the Vendors were seeking and when we tried to confirm what they were wanting, as what we were told prior was incorrect, Gary blamed us and continiously contradicted himself, rather than rectifying the issue and moving forward. This obviously made the offer process extremely confusing. After our offer went through we never heard from Gary, after making calls ourselves (needing to organise a second inspection for measurements) we were finally told he was away on work cover. When we asked who we should communicate with they said they had no idea and didnt not try to fix the issue. Gary is inexperienced and has not been trained properly, would not recommend until he receives further, thorough training. Had a terrible experience with Professionals Lilydale and Mooroolbark overall and would not recommend. Very dissapointing first home buyers experience.
