Gary Jones has an extensive background in all aspects of Real Estate. Formerly Sales Manager of Allan Murdoch First National Thornlie for 5 years and then Branch Manager of the Kelmscott office for a further 2 years. He then established his own office in Forrestdale in the year 2000.
Gary has over 27 years experience in many facets of the Real Estate Industry, including Residential and Rural Sales and the establishment and marketing of both Residential and Rural Subdivisions. Residential Subdivisions include Campbell Crest and the launching and marketing of Bletchley Park which comprises of 1600 home sites. Rural Subdivisions include Salmon Bark Serpentine, Flemington Farms Mardella, Kentucky Fields Darling Downs, Southern Fields Byford, Oakford Country Oakford and Rowley Rise Wandi,
to name a few.
Gary has received numerous National Real Estate Awards whilst a member of the First National Real Estate Group and also attained Twelve Million Dollar Club status in the 2005 Awards and Sixteen to Twenty Million Dollar Club status in the 2013 Awards, from the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
Gary is actively involved in the local community through sponsorship of the Forrestdale Falcons Senior Football Club, Forrestdale Tennis Club, both Byford and Jandakot Trotting Associations. His contribution to the local community has been recognized by being awarded Life Membership of the Forrestdale Senior Football Club in 2010.
Gary has been married to his wife Debbie for 32 years and has two daughters aged 27 and 22. He has worked in Real Estate in this area since March 1989.
