Starting his own business “Sunset Canvas” in Taylor Street in 1985, Gary not only gained the skills of a business man, qualified Canvas Goods Manufacturer and employer (of up to 17 staff), he also gained salesmanship experience and has been selling for the past 27 years. In 1995, Gary entered the building industry, building and selling speck homes. He has since built 35 homes in Middle Ridge and Rangeville. He has also gained the qualifications of a carpenter, structural landscaper and building supervisor. Through the experience of selling his own speck homes, Gary has made the transition to selling real estate full time with Ray White Toowoomba Range. Gary has used his 27 years selling experience and 17 years in the building industry to become one of Toowoomba’s leading real estate professionals. In November 2011, Gary was awarded with the prestigious Alan White Premier Membership in recognition of a high level of sales success within the Ray White Group. In May 2012 Gary was again awarded the Premier Membership for 2013, and again in 2014 and 2015. Gary has also consistently ranked within the Top 10 for Residential Sales North Side of the Brisbane River. In January 2013 Gary was awarded the Alan White Elite Performer. It is the highest awarded position in the Ray White Group, a position that he and only 3 others had ever achieved in the Toowoomba area. The Elite performers are awarded for their exceptional performance in the market. This status equates to Gary being in the top 5 percent of the entire Ray White Group internationally. Gary has also won this award each consecutive year since. Gary made “the A list” for 2014. The A List is a list of the top 150 real estate professionals of all agency’s throughout Queensland. This puts Gary not just at the top of the Ray White group, but the top of all agency’s in Queensland. Gary has also won many other real estate awards, including excellence in customer service and marketing based awards. Exceptional Customer Service
