Gary guided us from the initial stages of indecision about selling our home through a novel, innovative approach to partnering with a developer and then selling. He was very patient with us - no pressure. He was always available for us. He always acted with our best interests at heart and his advice was always welcomed. He was honest and very supportive. It has been good to know him and we look forward to his assistance in moving from our temporary accommodation and buying a new home.

The survey reflecting the true dimensions made a huge difference to the properties saleability, If Gary didn't go out of his way to check this, we may not have found a buyer at my asking price.

I met Gary whilst watering my plants we got talking and within 3 months our place was sold for way above what we thought it was worth. Nice easy sale, great communication and Gary's negotiation skills are top notch.
