Finally- an agent worth their commission (and a beer!)

I chose Gary after meeting with a few agents because he struck me as very genuine and trustworthy, & as someone who would do all he could to get me what we wanted for our property. Every day since making that choice I am grateful I trusted my gut and chose Gary. We had a brilliant offer in the first week, but were told due to legal reasons, that this offer may take weeks and weeks to come to fruition. Gary was tireless in his pursuit of this offer, assisting both us & the buyer constantly. I think he called me every day to give me updates, and was always on the ball. Not once did I feel nervous, out of touch or worried about a result. I knew that he had our backs. He listened to my opinion as well, never forgetting it was our home we were selling. A fast & straightforward result is one that every seller wants, of course. But if it doesn't happen that way, and it gets confusing or tricky, trust me-  you'll be glad you picked Gary. We got a better result than we could have imagined at the start, and even though it was dragged through government legal departments for weeks, we are beyond happy. And I believe it was ALL due to Gary and his constant persistence at making sure we got (more than!) what we wanted, which after all the back and forth, set a record for our area. Would not ever hesitate in recommending him to everyone who ever needs their house sold. Absolute champion. A well deserved drink is coming your way Gaz ;)
