Our experience with Gary as a buyer was a positive one. He helped us navigate through some tricky moments in the buying process and helped renegotiate sale terms with the vendor that met our lenders specific requirements. He was responsive in his communications arranging extra viewings when we required it and liaising with B&P and other agencies including our solicitors/broker when required.
