Gary was very thorough with listing and always encouraged our input. He did all the little things for open day presentations of a vacant house like opening windows and lights on. We were very impressed with what he managed to glean from the buyers by engaging them in ordinary conversations. Our experience with Gary as a buyer was a positive one. He helped us navigate through some tricky moments in the buying process and helped renegotiate sale terms with the vendor that met our lenders specific requirements. He was responsive in his communications arranging extra viewings when we required it and liaising with B&P and other agencies including our solicitors/broker when required. He gave us space at the viewings to explore the property on our own terms, whilst remaining available to answer questions and we didn’t feel under pressure at any point, as I have previously felt with other realtors that sometimes follow you around. Overall a great purchase experience.

When I had interested buyers he was excellent in dealing with them and myself When nothing was happening his communication left a bit to be desired. I rang and left messages on his phone on several occasions and he failed to get back to me. This was the same with email
