It’s been two months since my husband and I moved into our new home in Glen Alpine. Having lived in Liverpool for more than 30 years, we’ve been extremely happy with our decision to move to Glen Alpine. Everyday is like we’re on vacation, where the relaxed atmosphere makes the suburb more like a holiday destination. The environment is beautiful, lots of fresh air and views overlooking so many trees. Everyone in the neighbourhood has also been very welcoming and it’s always nice to see people walking their dogs along the footpaths every afternoon. I was looking for an investment home in the Minto region. I had been to a few open homes and finally settled on a property, however another buyer had beat me to making an offer. Luckily, a few weeks later, Gary, the agent, contacted me directly and let me know the house was back on the market, I was ecstatic about the news. He was very honest and transperant as he told me the house had a previous case of terminate activity but had been delt with by the vendor. Even though I had some concerns, Gary was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to keep my worries at bay. Moreover, I am currently working overseas, which complicated the process of purchasing property, however, Gary was very responsive to all my queries and acted quickly upon all request.
