Gary was recommended to us by friends for whom he had sold 2 properties over the years. We interviewed 2 other possible agents before we decided on Gary. He worked well with his colleague Dario. He was helpful with advice about presentation of the property, and helped with some liason with tradespeople. He had good knowledge of the St. Kilda Road market, in which he specializes. We were a bit disappointed with the sale price as we had to reduce it, but believe this was partly due to the market fluctuation at the time of our sale, with a large number of properties for sale in St. Kilda Road.
