Only agent to call back, follow up, go out of his way to find a property that i wanted. Then was able to sell my property in a week for a good price.

Great Communicator Gary has done a great job while selling our property. It’s not very easy task when you at sitting in overseas and only way of communication is via phone. Gary made sure we were aware of all the steps through out the sale process from start to finish. We had a pick from buyer with pest and building report and Gary managed to re-negotiate in order to keep the buyer on line and close the deal. I have already recommended him to my friends in the area and will use his service again
