When we were looking to purchase a new home closer to Ballarat medical facilities we were very lucky indeed to meet Gary He was a caring person who we realised from the 1st smaile that we could trust him Gary was not glib, pushy or rushed us in any of our dealings When it came time for us to have the settlement day on Friday 9th January he was able to discuss with the Vendor would we be able to come in earlier on the Wednesday 7th My husband Peter had terminal Pancreatic Cancer and could not go near the house to sleep because he had to have as clean a space as was possible this Gary did a fine job organizing without his considerable care & negotiating skills we would not have had such a smooth transition into our new home Both Peter and I were Very Pleased with Gary's support and knowledge of the Alfredton area

On settlement a gift of a food hamper from him was much appreciated. We would certainly select Gary to assist with any further purchases.
