Gary provided straight up-front information to us in relation to what would be our expenses, and, to his word, passed on all external costs without additional charges. Gary worked tirelessly, driving potential purchasers to view the property, which was some distance from his office in Apollo Bay. He was readily contactable at all times, responding promptly where he was not able to immediately take our calls.
