Agreed to pay well above market value. Massive settlement delays then none of the inclusions were functional (air cons, dishwasher, electric gate). Gary claimed to be unaware. Not sure if it was deliberate deception or incompetence but would like to believe the latter.
Gary showed excellent communication as an agent as he was always quick to return phone calls and was happy to communicate by text. He was accommodating in our requests to view the property outside of inspection times. He has a likeable manner, and we appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He was happy to field our many questions through the Online Auction process, of which we certainly had many! He was excellent at keeping in touch during the settlement process, and we feel he was genuine in making sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Thank-you Gary!
