I had three agents through to value my property, two suggested starting "from $349k" while Gary and Dan seemed to put more effort, thought and research into their valuation and recommended "from $379k". They showed me comparable properties that were on the market and ones they had recently sold to back up this figure. Communication throughout the process was very good with Gary keeping me up to date with everything that was happening. Two home opens later I had two offers on the table and ended up getting $382k which more than likely would have far exceeded what I would have got had I gone with either of the other two agents.
