Everything was very easy and calm. No fuss

Farrer Place

I would like to recommend Gary. We originally put our home on the market and were convinced to go to auction. We were also told to landscape and get a stylist , have open houses and large signboard . This is the method used when there was an 80% clearance rate and everything sold. It was not successful in this declining market and created lots of stress and expense and we were made to feel it was our fault. We took it off the market and a friend recommended Gary so we thought we would give it another go With Gary no open houses no auction no styling, no signboard just appointments with quality people that were able to buy. The house sold due to his strategy, genuine belief in our house and professionalism. In this market you need a professional agent, not just a salesperson . Fantastic agent

Gary is a fantastic agent and it was a pleasure working with him on the recent purchase of our new home.
