I am so lucky I found Gav's details accidentally. My managing agent wanted to sell this for lot less last year which I declined. I have quiet a few properties and I deal with lots of agents. Currently I have six properties on sale as I am getting into a bigger and better commercial investment. I wish the other properties too were in Victoria. Then I had no problem selling them so fast. It is true I have still not met Gav personally as I live in Canberra, but after visiting my property he advised me what needed to be done to sell it and what he could get then. The cost of the improvement was only about $ 1500.00. But he got me lot more than I expected. It was really amazing. Also he lined up all the other professionals I needed to complete the transaction like the solicitors etc. Through out the process he kept me informed of the activities and I was not stressed at all. Very Cheerful ( I can see over the phone) and very professional. With my other agents I have to constantly ask for updates and they are very disappointing. If I ever deal with real estate in Victoria it will only be with Gav. I will thoroughly recommend him to all those who have not much time to worry about the sale.
