I presented a challenge for Gavan in the sale of our property, it was a difficult situation and as always, an emotional experience having to sell my forever home that my kids loved. Gavan was very professional in his advice and guidance; he was ever patient with me in trying to maximize the sale price. One of the main things that was great about Gavan is he would take the time to attend the property randomly (as I live interstate and had no help in the area) just to make sure it was secure and maintained, not many agents would take the time to do this let alone clean duck poo up prior to open homes!
