I was very happy with Gavin helping me sell my property. I know the market is not the best for apartments in Qld, and was disappointed it took so long to sell and that the price is down because of the volumn of these types of properties, but overall Gavin did his best and always kept me informed as to what was happening. I would recommend Gavin to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.

When considering selling my property I approached several agencies via email. Gavin was the first to reply and with a phone call. With his thorough knowledge of the market , his wide data base of buyers he sold the property at my asking price with in a 7 day period. Gavin is friendly. , cooperative, obliging and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He kept me informed at every point and made the total sale seamless. I would highly recommend Gavin as a highly creditable very efficient agent.
