Gavin was excellent from start to finish. Has great local knowledge with realistic and very accurate valuations.The sale of my block occurred very quickly reflecting realistic pricing and good marketing. The block required a boundary adjustment and fencing prior to sale and Gavin’s recommendation of both a surveyor and fencing contractor were also excellent. Having never sold a property before, I was apprehensive about the process. Gavin made the whole thing understandable and was proactive in communication and correspondence. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
