Whilst we were the purchasers so technically Gavin was not our agent, he did go the extra mile to assist us as the purchaser in order to make the sale go as smoothly as possible. As an out of town buyer that can present some challenges which Gavin gratefully provided advice and local support for. He is certainly very passionate about his local area.
