From the outset it was obvious that Gavin’s knowledge and skills in the Realestate Market are above excellent. He kept us informed throughout the whole process, exceeding our expectations by some margin. The only down side, when he visits you is he consumes copious amounts of tea and loves a chip butty.

Professional and experienced service

I understand that Agents are hired by Vendors, but its refreshing when an agent has a duty of care to the purchaser. Our experience gave us confidence with our purchase. Gavin answered every question asked (we asked a lot). Gavin was very responsive so we didn't need to wait or wonder if we would receive a response. Gavin's knowledge of the area was evident. We found it easy to deal with Gavin, making appointments was easy, paperwork requested was provided immediately, inspections werent rushed. I look forward to an easy settlement/handover of the home.
