I understand that Agents are hired by Vendors, but its refreshing when an agent has a duty of care to the purchaser. Our experience gave us confidence with our purchase. Gavin answered every question asked (we asked a lot). Gavin was very responsive so we didn't need to wait or wonder if we would receive a response. Gavin's knowledge of the area was evident. We found it easy to deal with Gavin, making appointments was easy, paperwork requested was provided immediately, inspections werent rushed. I look forward to an easy settlement/handover of the home. In the future we will not hesitate at all to engage Gavin with any of our sales, he will be our first call.
