We have recently sold our property through Gavin and LJ Hooker. We spoke to five agents before choosing who we thought would best sell our property. Gavin's knowledge of local markets, no nonsense approach and easy going nature were a stand out. He had advise in regards to completing our renovations, helped us by speaking to the real estate we were buying through and recommended great people for mortgage broking and conveyancing. Gavin achieved a sale well in excess of our expectations and within a week of the property being listed. He was excellent in communicating the steps and processes of selling the house and has kept in communication sunset the sale via email, text and emails. This isn't the first house we have sold and it's true when they say a good agent can make all the difference.
