Gavin is very friendly and supportive for the vendor, however, his commitment as an agent to communicate with vendor is seriously poor. He hardly followed up whatever he mentioned or promised. He hardly answer emails. His agent charged on item without mutual agreement, very unprofessional!

Gavin, including the realty principle Elton, negotiated a compromised sale in amongst diverse market demand. Although collectively we agreed on a slightly higher sale price, we were unable to reach that target. However, both Gavin and Elton worked tirelessly towards bringing buyers through the property with numerous open for inspections being conducted, consistently communicating what buyers were thinking and proposing changes in strategy towards ensuring a property sale. Most impressive is their ability to negotiate and compromise - to work with both buyer and seller for the best possible outcome for all involved, including the realty. We found their approach was considered and tailored towards the individual sale of our asset and conducted in a professional manner. The marketing strategy and photography advertised were best practice. The commercial obligations were clearly explained, and a turn page of the contract was conducted prior to signing.
