Gavin's knowledge of the local Menai/Illawong/Alfords Point real estate market was impressive, but we always had the impression that he was holding information about the property back. This impression may have just been from his manner rather than reflecting anything of substance. In negotiations with the vendor, he achieved little in our favour. I expect he is an excellent choice for a vendor, but perhaps not as meritorious for a buyer.
