This was my first experience selling a home and my expectations were probably quite high. Gavin allowed me to select the selling price which may have been too high in the current climate. Prospective buyers attended the open home and it was evident from these opinions that my price expectations would not be achieved. Gavin's view of the backyard area was quite credible, however I felt that the home and its location compared more favourably with others in the area. His assistants could have been a little more security conscious about the home but I addressed this issue with Gavin and this was corrected.
