I found Gavin went out of his way to help us negotiate a deal on the house we found. He came in from his Christmas broke to sign the contracts and also made an appointment for us to measure parts of the new house so we could get plans started. He also had some great ideas about how to improve and renovate the house and gave us some contact numbers for tradesmen that he knew. I have also been contacted from the office about things they could help us with. A very professional team.
