We recently purchased a house at auction for which Gavin and his team were the agents for the sellers. Usually, in our experience, the agents for sellers make very little efforts with the buyers post sale, as the property is already sold. However, we found Gavin and his team delightful in all aspects. They communicated with us well, responded to our requests on the same day, and really interacted with us throughout the settlement period. To our surprise we were given gifts on auction day and on settlement and those extra personal touches as well as always keeping clear communication with us, made us really enjoy dealing with them. As I said, in our experience (and this is now our 5th property purchase), the sellers agents usually have little to do with the buyers and rarely even make an attempt to say anything more than a quick congratulations. This was definitely not the case with Ray White and we were very impressed with their efforts! We would highly recommend them and can safely make the statement that they are the best agents we have dealt with in the area (and that's both as potential buyers and sellers).
