I have known Gavin Ridley for many years however we never lived in each other’s pocket to any extent at all. When we had to sell our mother’s property, it was a very hard decision as to which agent to use as I personally new quite a few estate agents in the town. Gavin made an excellent presentation on how the property could be marketed and his local knowledge and expertise proved to be a massive winner.
