We’ve found Gavin through Rate My Agent and decided to engage his service because of the raving reviews. We’ve been so happy with Gavin and his advice throughout the process. Gavin was very experienced and really good at his job. He made the sale process so easy for us. Gavin took the task seriously and he has done a phenomenal job marketing, connecting with potential buyers, getting a good turn out on auction day and achieving an auction result beyond our expectation! Gavin has always acted with high degree of integrity and professionalism. We have sold several properties in the past but Gavin is really the best agent we’ve come across. We highly recommend him to anyone and we definitely would use his service again.

Thank you Gavin for the great help in our buying. Your advice and explaination is much appreciated.

Gavin is a driven, highly motivated achiever who is timely, kept me up to date 24hrs a day 7 days a week and achieved the result that I wanted after the property sale had languished before he became involved

I would like to thank Gavin and his team at Strathfield Partners for the amazing outcome we received selling our Family's commercial property in Granville. Gavin kept me up to date via phone and weekly meetings throughout the campaign and on the day of the Auction he and Robert worked tirelessly on achieving an outcome that exceeded our expectations. My Family and I couldn't recommend him highly enough

He is calm and friendly. I would recommend to speak to him before making decisions.

After an initially disappointing auction, Gavin chased down leads relentlessly until he got a result, and it only took a few days. When a buyer rescinded, Gavin went back into bat again and secured another purchaser within the week. Really admired his never say die attitude!

Gavin sold my apartment within less than a week, with outstanding results. If you’re looking for a hard working and meticulous agent, Gavin is what you’re looking for.
