Gavin sold our property in a difficult property cycle. In boom time anyone can sell a property but real skill is to sell in downtime. Gavin is different from all other agents in the way he approaches owners, buyers and tenants. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Gavin.

Gavin is very professional and easy to deal with, he attends to our need promptly and very friendly to talk to. Highly recommended.

As an Inner West Buyer's Agent, I come across and work with a lot of sales agents. I have known Gavin for several years now and I have always valued him for his consistency, communication and open approach in all his dealings. In the heat of the local market 12-18 months ago for example, when auctions were flying and there was no short fall for buyers, I respected Gavin as he was one of the few agents who would always make time for my clients and I, returning calls, showing properties to us off-market, he was consistent no matter how busy he was or what the conditions were. It was a very positive experience working with Gavin on the purchase of this fantastic opportunity for my clients, his communication and process throughout the campaign was seamless. Thanks again Gav and looking forward to the next one. Best Rachel

Practical, down-to-earth, and accessible Well Gavin. Wish you the best

I have been searching for a property for many months and have come in to contact with many real estate agents along the way. Gavin has by far been the best real estate agent that I have come across during this time. He was highly knowledgable of the local area and the current property market. He responded to all of my enquiries in a timely manner. Always very polite and given me good advise. He went above and beyond in all areas. I was very comfortable dealing with Gavin. He is a friendly and reliable agent and would definitely recommend Gavin to anyone who is looking to buy or sell.
