I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years. Not all encounters have been pleasant. However, I found that my dealings with Gavin were all straightforward, honest, and transparent. There was no under quoting here. The auction price was within the range that Gavin provided and Gavin’s customer service continued even after the house had been sold to us. He personally delivered the keys to us and helped us to inspect the house. I highly recommend him.
