I chose Gavin as my agent because I bought my flat through him and was impressed with his professionalism, and I was definitely proven right when it came time to sell. I was a first-time seller so I had no idea how it all worked but he clearly explained each step of the process so I felt confident that I knew how things were going and had reasonable expectations around the price I was likely to get. The rest of the team were happy to answer my stupid questions and even helped me move a couch out into the garage to make more space for inspections. Then in the auction Gavin and Sebastian wove their magic and got me exactly the price I wanted. I couldn't be any happier.
