Gavin read our requirements with regard to the sale of our house. Although not as good of result as we had hoped Gavin did his best and this is where market was at when we sold. This is in no way a reflection on Gavin's sales ability. He pushed hard and did so many opens to sell our home for a price we were comfortable with.
