Positive young man, whom we felt had our best interests at heart. Easy to communicate with. It was a tricky time to sell our house as the property market was dropping. Gavin initially over valued our house, because of this. Gavin worked very hard to get people through the house and ensure a sale. Even though the selling price was lower than we expected, it was acceptable to us, due to the market climate. We thank Gavin for his hard work.
